Business Development
In 25 + of the years of work with some of the best people in the development of the businesses in the industry of electrical production, we found certain characteristics single which separate these individuals from the rest. It does not seem to import for which organization they work, or the services, the base of customer or the economic climate. We note that these individuals are in fact the 3% principal professionals in their field. In addition to the study to think as President, the presidents, chiefs undertaking of the units of development of the businesses, we discovered that they acquired the behavioral characteristics of a chief. They learned how to lay down strategic objectives and operational by going up plans, how to be visionaries and to see occasions for their organizations that other individuals can miss, and in the role of the development of the businesses, they controlled 12 competences of core, a reference mark to measure chiefs.
One of the most irresistible definitions of a chief is an individual whose only presence inspires the desire to follow. Once asked whether the chiefs were born or multiplied, the general consensus is that one can teach control. While few us had the occasion to be formally formed or mentored in control, all us invite themselves to be a chief at various hours and circumstances in our lives. Control is first about which you are because an individual, not what you made, and the best of character of limit describes the core characteristic of a chief. The principles and the values of a positive chief include fidelity, the respect, the integrity, courage, the equitability, honesty, the duty, the honor and engagement.
If the character is the addition of our principles and the values, then ethics is the application of them. To include/understand more about the development of character, we can reach behind almost 2500 years with the writings of Aristote in the ethics of Nicomachean. Aristote taught that the moral virtue is acquired by the practice. Ethics, according to Aristote, is a moral virtue which occurs because of the practice. Ethics as a its ethike root, constituted by the light variation of the thos of word (practice). Aristote explained why the virtues morals do not emerge in us by nature; we must accept them, embrace them and improve them by practice. The formation with the command stresses that the chief of comprehension evaluates and the attributes is only the first stage being studied.
